Miguel Terrazas brings over two decades of successful experience in government contracting to his role as President of MTM Builders, Inc., a certified Minority Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise, and Texas Hub.  He has managed over 450 federal projects, valued at over $90M dollars.  Mr. Terrazas exemplifies MTM’s commitment to their clients and is an industry expert in civil engineering and construction project management with a proven ability to deliver complex federal projects safely, efficiently and within budget.  He is also responsible for interacting with clients, employees, the advisory board and other stakeholders.  Mr. Terrazas is MTM’s primary decision and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and business culture.  His commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and driving growth positions MTM Builders, Inc. as a trusted partner for Dept. of Defense projects.

Lastly, in a word….SAFETY.  MTM has an excellent safety program, let by committed and educated professionals who endeavor to ensure that all MTM job sites are SAFE.  MTM has received numerous safety awards throughout our history and currently has an EMR of 0.71.
